To keep it short: do not direct-link any files, do not claim anything as your own unless it's a piece of work you've donated to us, and do not spam the submit form. Feel free to use my media for layouts/graphics under the condition that they're for personal use only, and a credit back to http://media.hitsugaya.org would always be nice.
I've collected, organized and edited all media pieces on my own. If something wasn't originally provided by me, you'll find proper credits attached accordingly.
