Submission Guidelines
General Note
- Your submission(s) must be related to one of our network sites.
- Fields with an asterisk (*) are required to be filled.
- Please provide a valid e-mail address! You will receive a confirmation message when your work(s) have been posted at Under the Cold Moon.
- If a title is not given for your fanwork, your submission will be marked as Untitled.
- Icon Submissions: please make sure your icon(s) are in 100 x 100 pixel dimensions. There's no restriction on image type - JPG/JPEG, GIF and PNG are all welcome.
- Fanart Submissions: please make sure your artwork is no bigger than 1280 x 960 pixel dimensions.
- Fanfic Submissions: you may submit a DOC file (i.e. Microsoft Word) or a TXT file (i.e. NotePad). Please note that fanfictions with too many grammar, spelling and structual errors will NOT be accepted.
- Please zip everything if your total submission size exceeds 5MB, or if you're submitting in more than 10 files.
Name Your Files
Please name your submission(s) in the following format:
yourname_filename.extension (Example: Janice_gallery01.jpg)
Please follow the above format strictly or you might overwrite someone else's files! You may also e-mail your submission as an attachment to webmistress [at] hitsugaya.org with all the required fields as seen in the upload form below.
